Winner of best newcomer at Rushes Soho film festival 2012. Based on the Will Self short story, directed by Jake Lushington and produced by Shelley Rubenstein. Carly scored the short film.

Line Of Duty premiere BBC2 June 26th at 9pm

New cop/thriller TV series Line Of Duty written by Jed Mecurio (Bodies and Cardiac Arrest) will be premiering on BBC2 on Tuesday June 26th at 9pm. Described as “a hard-hitting new thriller series exploring the world of police corruption” staring Lennie James (The walking Dead), Vicky McClure (This is England), Martin Compston (Sweet Sixteen), Kate Ashfield, Gina McKee, Neil Morrissey amongst others. Carly wrote the original score including theme music.

Carly scored the wonderful comedic short film “The North London Book of the Dead” which will be screened at the Aspen Shortsfest 14 April, the Palm Beach International Film Festival 14 April and the Nashville Film Festival 24 & 25 April 2012.

W (Ed Gaughan) struggles to accept the death of his domineering mother (Gwen Taylor), only to discover that she’s happily spending her afterlife in a London suburb. A comic tale of loss and acceptance based on a Will Self short story (Directed by Jake Lushington).

Performing Alongside Grammy Nominated Clint Mansell in L.A.

Carly will be playing piano for Grammy nominated composer Clint Mansell (Black Swan, Requiem for a dream…) at LARGO (Coronet Theatre) in Los Angeles April 4th, 5th and 6th, 2012. The Sonus Quartet and full rock band will round out the ensemble and will be celebrating the release of Clint’s score to “Last Night”, along with other classic Mansell pieces in an intimate show. Shows are sold out!
